Information submitted
We receive your name, email, subject, message and consent. The server adds a timestamp, technical identifier and policy version. The information is used to review your message in accordance with your consent. Do not include documents, payment information or unnecessary sensitive details.
Storage and access
Messages are stored outside the public server directory, with access intended for the project administrator. Retention is up to 90 days; the cleanup mechanism removes older records. Hosting providers process information in providing server services. Automatic email forwarding and CRM integration are not enabled.
Technical information
Rate limiting temporarily uses a hashed representation of an IP address, separate from the message. Hosting may keep its own access logs. This build does not use Google tag, advertising cookies or analytics. Photos and styling assets are served locally.
Requests about your information
You can request access, correction or deletion of your message and withdraw consent for further processing. Contact [email protected], +61 7 4658 1925, 103 Eagle St, Longreach QLD 4730, Australia. The date, subject and email used help locate a record.
